The Yer Tiz trail in Leigh Woods is a blue grade, engaging trail weaving its way through this protected National Trust and Forestry Commission woodland. There are also two short Red sections (Gert Lush) and a short skills section (Keener Skills) which lead off of the main Yer Tiz trail.
Leigh Woods is a very important site for wildlife. Although it's great fun to ride off the official tracks, it is damaging to some special plants and animals. Some species are only found here, including some low growing plants. These are easily damaged by bikes, please stick to the surfaced trails!
